What impressed me most were the training mannequins. They were challenging in the best possible way! The real-time feedback forced me to improve my technique and made me appreciate the seriousness and precision required to perform CPR effectively. This did not feel like an exercise where you could simply go through the motions, you actually had to demonstrate that you could perform the skills correctly. At one point, I was experiencing difficulty with a particular skill, and an agent proactively called me. She patiently walked me through what I was doing incorrectly and helped me make the necessary adjustments. That level of support made a tremendous difference. I ultimately passed all six modules with flying colors and walked away feeling much more confident in my CPR skills. I highly recommend CPR Lifeline to anyone looking for a convenient, technologically advanced, yet rigorous CPR training experience. Five stars!

Great! It’s the most cost effective BLS renewal I’ve seen in the Nashville area that allows you to book same day appointments if you need. They were quick to answer phone calls and answer my questions. The dummies were super chill and respectful. They didn’t talk too much but it helped me focus and I completed the skills check in about 20 minutes.

I had a very pleasant experience with this BLS class! The online portion was informative, easy to follow, and I really appreciated being able to pause and resume the course whenever it was convenient for me. The skills testing was a little different from any other CPR/BLS classes I’ve taken in the past since there wasn’t an instructor physically present. However, everything was clearly guided through the computer, making the process very easy to follow. I also liked that both an adult and pediatric mannequin were provided to practice and complete the skills testing. Overall, the entire experience was convenient, straightforward, and stress-free. I loved it! I would definitely use this service again for future BLS renewals and would recommend it to others!

The training was fun. It was stress free and if I didn't like my score nor feel like I got the hang of it even if I got a passing score I could do it again. Worst class Ever! The computer has you Continuously do compressions until Perfect. No breaks if you get tired and need one before resuming because then you Fail. It was like Hunger Games CPR. Do it until You need CPR Yourself or you pass Either will do according to the Computer.

This was my first time completing BLS for Healthcare Professionals with the coursework entirely online and the skills test independently on a mannequin. For someone with previous BLS experience, I thought it was a great format. The lessons were clear, the videos and algorithms helpful, and I appreciated being able to work at my own pace. Instructions for accessing the building and training room were excellent, including a YouTube video and email reminders. I also liked being able to practice the skills and repeat the test as needed, which took away some of the pressure. The only drawback to not having an instructor was missing out on coaching and tips to improve technique. At one point, I repeatedly received a “not deep enough” message during chest compressions and wasn't sure whether it was my technique or the mannequin. I eventually adjusted and got the correct response. A number was available for assistance, although I understood it to be more for technical issues. Overall, this was a convenient, well-organized way to renew BLS, especially for someone with previous experience.
